1. How soon before a DRC meeting can I submit my application?

Applications are due the Friday before each DRC meeting to allow time for follow-up questions and information gathering.

2. How do I know if my project requires DRC approval?

These requirements are outlined in the Design Guidelines. If you cannot find your answer there, please contact the Association Office at 623-215-8646.
