1. I don’t live in The Village at Vistancia. Can I rent the Clubhouse?

Rentals are only available to residents. If you know someone who lives in the community, they can sponsor your event, but be aware, they assume all liability and must be present for the entire duration of the rental.

2. Can I rent the pool area?

The Mountain Vista Club and Foothills Pool are not rentable spaces for private parties.

3. Which amenities can I rent?

If you're a resident of The Village at Vistancia, you are able to rent the Clubhouse or the Card and Craft room. You can learn more about facility rentals here.
