1. Can I pay my Vistancia Village A and sub-assessments together?: No, your account numbers are different for each entity, so you’ll have to make separate payments.

2. If I live in Acacia Grove or Primrose Estates, can I still use the Mountain Vista Club and Foothills Center amenities?: Absolutely, you are also a member of the Vistancia Village A Community Association and enjoy those benefits, as well. Please note, however, these amenities use a different Access ID card.

3. Can I park on the street?: Street parking is allowed during the day, but parking in Acacia Grove and Primrose Estates is not allowed between the hours of 12 a.m. – 5 p.m. If residents or visitors plan on having their vehicles parked in the community during this time, please utilize the visitor parking spaces available. Vehicles that are parked on the street during this time will be cited by parking enforcement.

4. Can I store my vehicle in a visitor parking space?: There are limited visitor parking spaces located within Acacia Grove and Primrose Estates that are open for residents and their visitors on a first come first serve basis. These parking spaces are not to be used for any kind of vehicle storage or project car maintenance. We kindly request that you please utilize your garage space or store at an off-site facility. Typical signs of an abandoned and/or stored vehicle are it's gathering dust, has cobwebs, has expired tags, or has significant damage, like a flat tire or broken window. The Compliance Team conducts regular patrols and will tow vehicles at the owner's expense if a vehicle appears abandoned in visitor parking spaces. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us maintain a safe and compliant community.

5. Are there restricted street parking areas?: Yes, it is illegal to park in the fire lanes marked with City of Peoria street signs. These lanes are crucial for emergency vehicle access. The Compliance Team conducts regular patrols and will tow vehicles at the owner's expense if parked in restricted areas. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and contributes to the overall safety and well-being of our community.
