1. My card stopped working. What should I do?: Feel free to give the Association Office a call or stop by so we can assist you. Replacement cards are available at the Association Office for $12. If you're a renter, you might need updated lease information.

2. Should my children have their own cards?: That depends on whether you want them to have access to amenities without you. Children 13 and under can only access the gymnasium and tennis courts; those 14 and older have full access to aquatics amenities.

3. I lost my Access ID. What should I do?: Contact the Association Office to report your card as lost/stolen. We will deactivate the card to prevent unauthorized use.

4. What fees are associated with the sale of a home in the community?: There are a variety of fees, depending on the neighborhood. View the fees here.

5. How do I calculate my quarterly assessment total?: If you live in a gated parcel or the sub-association, add the quarterly Vistancia Village A assessment to that of your neighborhood; in the sub-association, remember to multiply the total by three because it’s monthly. You can also view the quarterly assessment information here.

6. Can I report suspicious activity in my neighborhood to Community Patrol?: No, if you notice criminal or suspicious activity, please call the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311. In the event of an emergency, call 911.

7. Do the Governing documents change?: The Design Guidelines are reviewed regularly, and the Board can enact or review policies at any time. Changing the CC&Rs or Bylaws requires a formal vote of the Association membership.

8. How do I find out monthly gate codes for vendors?: A schedule of monthly codes is emailed to homeowners at the start of each year and provided to new residents when they receive Access ID cards. If you need assistance, please call the Association Office at 623-215-8646.

9. What do I do if the gates aren’t working properly?: Please contact the Association Office at 623-215-8646 or report the issue on SeeClickFix to notify the Maintenance Team.
