Why do I only have 14 days to paint my house?

The fourteen (14) day cure period is for all violations. There are two (2) exceptions set forth by the Board, parking is 24 hours and Short-Term Rental is seven (7) days. We know it doesn’t take 14 days to put a trash can away and we know that a house rarely can be painted in 14 days. If you are unable to address any concern noted in a letter (tree trimming/paint/irrigation repairs etc. within that time frame, just reach out to us. We work with residents every day to come up with a plan that works for each individual household.
