What is a weed?

The definition of a weed is a wild plant growing where it is not wanted. Sometimes seeds are picked up by the wind and land in your yard from all types of vegetation. If the vegetation is not on your approved landscape plans, please remove these seedlings to prevent the yard from becoming overgrown in time, even if they have pretty flowers.
