Do you have items around the house you're looking to part with? Are you looking for amazing deals? Sell your old items or participate in the bargain shopping during the Vistancia Village, Trilogy & Blackstone Community Garage Sale on April 1st from 7 am to noon.

 Email Robert & Julia Miller at RobertAndJulia@TheJAYPATELGroup.com with your address, the name of your neighborhood, and four to five of your top items for sale, and we will add you to the list!

 Bargain shoppers entering the community can pick up a list of sales in the Walgreens parking lot beginning at 6:45 or download the Yard Sale Treasure Map App to plan their route.

 Goodwill will have a truck in the Mountain Vista Club parking lot from 1 to 3 to accept donations. All proceeds from the donations will be split between the 2 elementary schools.
