In hopes to provide the necessary information for our new residents to better understand their community, homeowner responsibilities, the role of the Board of Directors, and the responsibilities of CCMC (your Community Association Management Company), we will be hosting a drive-up New Homeowners Welcome event. We encourage those who moved into the Village at Vistancia in 2020 to attend this curbside event. We will be providing welcome goodies, a community map, greetings from staff, and a QR code to our new homeowner booklet.
