The city of Peoria is hosting a free HOA class Wednesday, July 19 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Rio Vista Recreation Center. This introductory class will discuss how to protect your home, condo and community by recognizing potential construction issues and how to effectively seek repairs or compensation.
