Annual Meeting

By now, you are familiar with the recent outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and recommendations from both the CDC and World Health Organization to help mitigate the potential spread of this virus. 

Based on the CDC's and state of Arizona's recent recommendations and actions, the Board of Directors and the Association management team have decided to continue with the Annual Meeting in a revised format.

The revised meeting format will not include the usual celebration or reports presented. The Board is encouraging all residents to stay home and be safe. The meeting is only being held to conduct the Board election and should last approximately five minutes. 

Revised meeting agenda:
I. Call the Meeting to Order – 6 p.m.
II. Establishment of Quorum – 6:01 p.m.
III. Acceptance of paper Ballots – 6:02 p.m.
IV. Announcement of Elections Results – 6:04 p.m.
V. Adjournment of Meeting – 6:05 p.m.

Your vote counts! Please continue voting via TXT2Vote, as outlined in the annual meeting mailer you received to help us reach the quorum required for the election. We will accept all electronic votes until 5 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2020. By using online voting for this election, we will be able to determine whether or not quorum has been met. 

If you cannot vote electronically, team members will be available to accept ballots in the Association Office until 6 p.m. on March 24, 2020. Election results will be posted online at and emailed through our community eNews, shortly after the meeting adjourns.
