The city of Peoria is adding more art to the streetscape by showcasing artwork designed by members of the community on utility boxes throughout the city. The city is expanding on the pilot program that started with four locations, and now they are looking for Peoria residents' artwork to be featured at 10 new locations throughout the city. Peoria residents of all ages will have the opportunity to submit designs to the competition. A panel of judges and the Peoria Arts Commission will evaluate artwork.
