All city offices, libraries and facilities will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7 in observance of Labor Day. Garbage and recycling collections will change from Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday for Labor Day. There will be no changes for residents with Thursday and Friday pickups.
