I owned my own interior design firm in Chicago for 30 years. I spent 5 years as a special ed. teacher before retiring and moving to Vistancia in 2017. My daughter and grandchildren moved here in 2021 and we love participating in all of the Vistancia activities.

Why did you decide to run for the Board?

What do you bring to the table as a Board member? 

How will you put personal biases and desires aside for the betterment of the entire community?

"Personal" is not a consideration in any type of community decision. Stick to facts and reasons and your position will always be valid.

What is the most critical issue facing the community in the next two years? 

Awareness and adherence to rules, for both safety and property.

What can the Association do to help maintain or improve current property values?

Keep Association members clear on their property management and keep maintenance aware of issues.

What are the three most important ways we can increase the sense of community in Vistancia? 

Celebrate family holidays at the pool and clubhouse.

Promote interesting events for all ages.

Promote sports, dancing, and card playing at the clubhouse.
