Learn About CivicRec

With all the exciting updates this year has brought, we’ve got another fun-filled addition to add to the list: CivicRec! This program acts as the main interface for Lifestyle, including events and future facility rentals. It offers user-friendly features, helpful information at your fingertips, and quick and easy electronic payment processing. To learn more, check out the information below.

What is CivicRec?

CivicRec is an online portal hub that is connected to our main website, but houses Lifestyle program services separately. When you head to MyVistancia.com > Lifestyle > Events, you will automatically be redirected here. You can then create your login, view sign ups for events and activities, and (in the future) reserve facility rentals. This is also the program we will use to collect payments for Lifestyle services and access ID cards moving forward.

When will the program launch?

The program launched July 1. In June, we communicated a series of eNews spotlights, helpful PDF instructions, and a step-by-step guided video tutorial. You also have the ability to schedule an appointment with a team member at our office to walk you through any questions you might have.

How will I learn how to use the new features?

You’ll start by utilizing the information we sent out via eNews, mailers, and in our short video tutorial, which is available below. As with any new program, it can take a few practice go-rounds before you feel really comfortable with the new setup. Our team is with you every step of the way as we embark on this new adventure together.
