We're thrilled to have you join our diverse community. We'd like to share some helpful hints, as well as our backstory, to help you get settled.

The Vistancia master-planned community began development in 2004. The master plan consists of four distinct communities: The Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia, Trilogy at Vistancia, and our newest edition: Northpointe at Vistancia. CCMC, your management company, provides management services to The Village, Blackstone, and Northpointe, while another company manages Trilogy. 

We've also compiled a digital welcome packet, linked below, highlighting the most important information you need to know as a new resident. You can access this electronically, anytime.

VMC

The Vistancia Maintenance Corporation exists to service and maintain the Discovery Trail, the community entrance waterfall, landscaping along major arterial roads, and the 404-designated washes. CCMC also manages VMC. Since the amenities maintained by this entity are for the benefit of the entire master-planned community, The Village, Blackstone, and Trilogy all contribute to VMC’s annual operating and reserve budgets.
