    Flex Yoga is a class specifically designed for active mature adults to stretch and strengthen. It is also perfect for the beginner yogi or anyone wanting a gentler practice and open to anyone. It will increase flexibility, lubricate joints, increase muscle tone and build strength, while reducing stress levels and increasing breath capacity. It is a Healthways Silver Sneakers sponsored class free to those who qualify and $5.00 for all others
